How do credits work?
Credits are your universal AI-usage currency in StickyPrompts. All users on a team draw from a shared credit pool (not per‐seat). Each time you use a model (ask a question, run a prompt etc.), you spend credits. The cost depends on which model you pick - “premium” or more capable models cost more, “efficient” models cost less.
For example, an average question-answer with a high-end model like “GPT-5” might cost ~ 21 credits, whereas simpler/easier tasks with more efficient models cost far fewer.
There are over 70 models available - some are provided via external official providers like OpenAI, and others are hosted by StickyPrompts itself to give users more control over data and privacy.
What models are included? Can I choose which one to use?
Yes. All plans include access to all of the popular AI models offered on the platform. These include both external models (e.g. from OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and models hosted directly by StickyPrompts (or via open sources) providing more control over data. You can pick per-use which model to run. Because of the varying compute / capability, they have different credit multipliers (i.e. cost).
What are the credit multipliers?
Models are categorized by relative cost using multipliers, which adjust how many credits each operation consumes. Some examples:
• Efficient models - low multiplier (e.g. 0.1×) for simple/light tasks.
• Standard models - baseline cost (1×).
• Premium / complex models - much higher multipliers (up to ~10×) for tougher tasks.
So if your plan gives you X credits, a premium model costs you ~10× what a standard model would, per equivalent work.
Do credits refresh or expire?
Credits tied to your subscription plan refresh monthly. Additional (top-up) credits are also possible, and those extra credits remain valid for 12 months. Consumption happens in “expires-first” order (i.e. older credits are used before newer ones).
What enterprise / special options are there?
For organizations with more demanding needs, there are enterprise or custom plans that offer additional / different capabilities:
• A “Private Cloud + BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys)” option - where you can use your own API keys, have unlimited users, choose which models are available, more control over vendor relationships. 
• Private infrastructure for open-source models (Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral, etc.), so your data remains isolated.
• Self-hosted deployment: full control, hybrid cloud/on-prem, complete ownership of infrastructure/software, etc.
